KATHY PARKER | PROJECT MANAGER

Kathy Parker is a strong team leader with a diverse architectural background.  She has extensive experience in multifamily housing and mixed use development, including new construction, renovation and remediation design.  Her experience has also extended to serving ongoing needs of property owners, such as performing building envelope evaluations, reserve studies and capital needs assessments.  With a strong business background in advertising, marketing and sales, Kathy enjoys working with teams to encourage collaboration and build consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
