Modera Observatory Park on Josephine has framed out Building 1 (closest to the camera) all the way to the roof deck. Both buildings are now completely vertical. Building 2, across the street is nearly 20% ahead of Building 1. The leasing center is scheduled to be open as early as February 2017.
