New Rendering: West Jordan Townhomes

We just completed an awesome rendering of a new project in Salt Lake City with Boulder Ventures called West Jordan Townhomes.  The townhomes will consist of 124 affordable, family oriented units located in the West Jordan neighborhood.  This project is comprised of 4plexes, 6plexes and 8plexes, a clubhouse and an indoor pool.   All units will feature 2-car private garages, rooftop decks and modern aesthetic flat roofs of brick, steel and stucco.  This development is part of a transit-oriented development initiative.

We have just gained access to a new EarthCam time lapse camera that is set up for Sugarmont Apartments, a large project with Boulder Ventures located in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City.  This project will consist of 352 units over 2.86 acres with a pedestrian plaza and three floors of wrapped parking.  Although there isn't much to see yet, crews have been doing a lot of demolition, taking down a building that previously stood at this location and are moving around lots of earth to prepare for construction to begin.  Be sure to check back with this blog for updates as this project progresses.

Demolition has begun at future site of Sugarmont Apartments

"After years of proposals and several different iterations, demolition is underway on the site of the future Sugarmont Apartments by Boulder Ventures, the next phase of their 2100 Sugarhouse Mixed Use Development.   The project replaces two abandoned Granite Furniture warehouses at the intersection of McClelland Street and Sugarmont Drive." to read more about this project and see images of the demolition, click on Building Salt Lake's article found here:
