PBA's team was on site this week as construction began for the Hilton Garden Inn Thornton at The Grove Shopping Center. We are designing this 122-room project for Spirit Hospitality which will be their company's second property in the Thornton area. In addition to the hotel, this project features Johnny's Italian Steakhouse which will be the franchise's first Colorado location. We look forward to seeing this project come together!
