Modera Topping Out BBQ

Members of Mill Creek and Studio PBA were invited for the β€˜Modera Topping Out BBQ’ put together by Tamra Holton, Project Coordinator, from Shaw Construction to celebrate the final structural support frame/wall on the 4 story buildings.  What a milestone!  Two structures now occupy the site where last year they were just empty plots.  Here are some photos from the event & project progress.
